What we collect

Your name, email, phone and delivery addresses. That is the whole list for a buyer account: we do not collect demographics and we do not build a marketing profile.

We also keep your orders, because we are required to for tax purposes.

What we use it for

Fulfilling and delivering your orders, answering your messages, and sending order updates. We send marketing email only if you asked for it, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Couriers get your name, address and phone, because otherwise the parcel cannot arrive. Nobody else gets your data, and we do not sell it.

How it is kept

Passwords are hashed with argon2id and are never stored or logged in the clear. Sessions use short-lived tokens that can be revoked. Payment card details never touch our servers.

Your rights

You can see and edit your details in your account, and request deletion from your profile page. We remove your profile and addresses within 30 days; past orders are kept for tax records.
