Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Gift boxes are packed to order and may take a day longer.

You will get a message with a tracking number once the parcel leaves us.

Delivery times

Punjab: 1-3 working days. Sindh: 2-4. Everywhere else: 2-5.

These are the courier estimates, not a guarantee. Weather and strikes affect them, and we will tell you if something is stuck rather than leaving you to wonder.

Charges

Rs. 250 for most of the country, and free on orders over Rs. 3,000. The threshold is applied after any discount.

Cash on delivery

Available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready, as riders do not carry change for large notes.

Repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery parcels may mean we ask for prepayment on future orders.
